World-class telecommunication service
August 30, 2007What about faxing service?
August 27, 2007It’s awesome. For instance, I went on vacation to Vegas and I was doing my work right in my room, faxing out. And that’s a big plus, too. It’s almost like a freebie because other internet fax companies will charge $15 just for that service alone, and I think RingCentral’s is way cooler because it keeps a record of faxes in an online account.
Try Version 3.1- i like it
August 22, 2007With the exception of Fax on Demand, Version 3.1 is available to all RingCentral Online subscribers at no additional cost. Fax on Demand is an additional $4.99 per month.

Do you use RingCentral to screen callers as well?
Yes, that actually helps quite a bit because I know that in the past we have had telemarketers contact us. They would block their ID and we couldn’t tell who it was so we ended up talking to them or getting unnecessary faxes, but now we can see who it is and it really helps out a good deal.
Quality over quantity
August 13, 2007These days you can communicate with anyone and send almost anything over the Internet. At the click of a button, you can make PC-to-PC phone calls, send e-mail, and send faxes. It’s usually cheaper and easier to communicate over the Web, so you’d think everyone would.
But in the case of sending a fax via the Internet, they’re not.
Many could save money by rerouting their fax transmissions over the Internet and intranets, using IP fax solutions. It’s cheaper and faster than sending them over the public switched telephone network.
Internet faxing services are popping up everywhere. So why is the service taking so long to catch on?
Consumers want better fax quality, not just faxing that is free or easily available.
“A lot of people have an interest in buying eventually.”
“We’re looking at a market where 15 percent of people said they’d be buying in a year, and 40 percent of people will be ready to buy in two years. So what about that 25 percent who are waiting the extra year? They’re not in a rush, but they will buy,” Johnson says. “They have some concerns about confidentiality and reliability of delivery. They want to know who will address these concerns.”
